What data is handled
This site has no registration or purchase forms. The data that may be processed is:
- Booking data: name, telephone, email, number of guests, date and time, and any notes you add. This is collected by CoverManager, not by this website.
- Contact data: whatever you provide if you write by email or WhatsApp.
- Site usage data: pages visited, time spent and language, pseudonymised and with the IP anonymised, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Technical security data: IP address and server logs, processed by the hosting provider to keep the service running and prevent abuse.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To manage your booking and look after you — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To answer your enquiries — legitimate interest in replying to those who write to us (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- To measure use of the site — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 22.2 LSSI-CE).
- To keep the service secure — legitimate interest and compliance with legal obligations (arts. 6.1.f and 6.1.c GDPR).
Who has access
No data is sold or passed on. Access is limited to the providers needed to deliver the service, which act as processors under a contract compliant with article 28 GDPR:

The site is developed and maintained by Chesteram SL (CIF B06846828), acting as processor on the terms of the agreement in place.
Providers outside the European Economic Area process data under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long it is kept
Booking data is kept for as long as it is needed to provide the service and thereafter for the applicable limitation periods. Emails and messages, for the duration of the relationship and as long as needed to deal with any liability. Analytics data, for a maximum of 24 months. The record of your cookie choice, 24 months.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To do so, write to the controller's address or email above, identifying yourself. You will receive a reply within one month.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid · www.aepd.es).
Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place: the site is encrypted with an SSL certificate, access is restricted, accounts use unique passwords with two-factor authentication, and backups are kept.
